One older study from 2017 suggests that icariin and daily sildenafil might help treat neurogenic ED. Another study from the same year suggests that icariin may help treat ED caused by diabetes. But both of these tests were done on rats, so they might not be relevant to people. Also, the improvements seen in the 2017 study might be because of sildenafil, which is a well-known ED drug.
